Master Thesis on Socially Sustainable Work Processes within Theatre (2024)

In my thesis, I explored Danish fringe theatre through the case of KULD, examining how artists balanced creativity, personal life, and market demands within capitalism, where profit often outweighed cultural and social value.

Using KULD’s productions Twilight Blues (2022) and F For Elsk (2025), I highlighted tensions between efficiency and care.

I argued that fringe theatre could challenge capitalist norms through collaboration, flexibility, and socially sustainable work structures.
