About Me (she/her)

One of my friends once gave me a cherished compliment. Complaining that I didn't have one particular niche, he said I was a Renaissance person. He explained, that during the Renaissance an accomplished person was someone who knew how to do a little bit of everything.

And therefore, you can call me a professional octopus.

My passions are rooted within sociology, performance and the arts. I love to explore how the world we inhabit functions, how we influence it and how it influences us - and my exploration is done through research, creating art or communication. And as the world seemingly becomes increasingly fragmented - the more I become focused on connection.

I am 31 years of age, grew up on the countryside and I currently live in Copenhagen with my amazing partner Daniel. I have lived abroad in Scotland, The Netherlands, Australia and Iceland. I am a professional horsegirl, I am learning Farsi and I still do the Millennial peace sign in photos automatically when a camera is in front of me.

I have been writing since before I knew what the alphabet was and I am passionate about stories - yours, theirs, ours. I have worked with theatre, publication, journalism, marketing and teaching.
