Editor-in-chief at VISIR magazine (2021-2023)

As first editor (2021-2022) and then editor-in-chief (2022-2023) of VISIR, an interdisciplinary journal for young researchers and communicators, I was responsible for overall editorial leadership, content strategy, and communication. My role combined management, editorial work, and outreach:

- Editorial leadership: Led a volunteer editorial team and ensured quality and consistency across all published content.
- Content production: Wrote, edited, and published articles, newsletters, and interviews with a focus on making complex topics clear and engaging.
- Communication & PR: Developed communication strategies, managed VISIR’s social media, and planned campaigns to increase visibility and readership.
- Coordination: Organized editorial meetings, set deadlines, structured workflows, and onboarded new writers and editors.
- Development: Worked on strategic initiatives to strengthen VISIR’s profile, including partnerships and new publishing formats.

This role gave me strong competencies in project management, editorial work, communication, and team-based collaboration – skills I now bring into the performing arts and cultural field.
